Pink Oyster Mushrooms (Pleurotus djamor) have gained popularity around the world for their vibrant hues. As young mushrooms, they are more vibrant in color, and will start to lighten as they grow. Pink Oysters are a tropical mushroom, and thrive in warmer temperatures with high humidity.

Fungtional Lab's spawn are inoculated on sterilized grain. 

If you do not use spawn immediately, you can refrigerate for up to 3 months.
